Ideal for doughs from 60% hydration upwards.<\/li>\n<li>Touch screen control panel: allows up to 20 different recipes to be stored, each in 6 steps, for consistently even, high-quality doughs.<\/li>\n<li>Infrared temperature sensor: measures the dough temperature instantly.
