The AUTOMATIC CYLINDER is a machine created to solve the lamination / refining problem, is of simple conception: robust structure and ease of use. The operator must only arrange the pasta on the entrance sheet: a timer, in fact, allows you to set the duration of lamination / refining at which the machine stops automatically. Three Rollers allow the rolling / refining of the dough in two stages, thus canceling every mistreatment and tearing of the dough. Optimal stability ensured by adjustable handwheels and base wheels.
