IMIXER-OJ automatic water mixing unit
iMIXER iMIXER is a range of dosing and mixing units able to dose the withdrawal water and to carry out the mixing automatic incoming water through the innovative system pulsed control CP3 Fast. The absence of a mixing valve motorized, mixing control by means of an impulse system and the special hydrostatic shock absorbers (optional) are just a few of the features that make this product technologically cutting-edge and economically advantageous. The control unit is equipped with a needle probe to allow measurement e the display of the temperature of the flour or dough. The water pre-discharge by-pass not at temperature is automatic and possibly excludable via keyboard. The water system for the "summer-winter" change is incorporated in the control unit, avoiding the onerous intervention of the plumber, switching it is automatically handled by the control
