Automatic machine suitable for cutting in two halves, horizontally,
of various formats of bread. The sandwiches are deposited on the large carpet
conveyor, which provides for the safe transport of the product to the company
oscillating cutting blade. The cutting area is provided with a lower belt
and an upper one, adjustable in height to provide the necessary pressure
and calibrate the centering of the blade. The product cut through the
exit chute can be collected from a basket or placed on a
conveyor belt.
