Agro.Ge.Pa.Ciok 2024 trade fair

To the nineteenth Agro.Ge.Pa.Ciok we brought a working bakery: the Pavailler and Bake Off ovens, the CFI retarder-prover cabinet, the mixers and the bread-making equipment such as our splendid MGA-180 breadstick extruder and the SF-R rotary frise splitter, alongside Bertrand Puma equipment, switched on and working for five days.

We shared the stand with the Luigi Stamerra professional training academy and with the Ce.F.A.S., between mixing and proving demonstrations and a counter always open for anyone who wanted to talk about non-repayable grants and starting a new business.
