Dough sheeter mod. SZ
The SZ500/600 dough sheeters were designed for small and medium-sized bakery, pastry and hotel workshops. Their sturdiness and simplicity mean they can easily be used by any operator and at the same time cleaned easily. Mounted on a base, the SZ becomes a dough sheeter able to meet any requirement.
