The ROLL moulders are available in 2 versions: a steel model painted and a second version in stainless steel. Both versions of ROLL are equipped with retractable and removable stainless steel trays for ensure ease of cleaning the machine. The trainer Roll can be supplied with the addition of a press table (mod. FL) integrated into the machine, or a table equipped with an independent motor (mod. PRESS) to obtain loaves with a length of 600 mm. The new version of the ROLL moulder is equipped with an anti-reject system.
