THE MANUAL BREAKER is a machine with a sturdy structure and extreme ease of use, it has a completely mechanical operation, regulated by exclusively manual controls. The sturdy handle of the Lid hook ensures a perfect manual closure, albeit simple, but extremely safe, so as to guarantee maximum reduction of pasta scraps. The fulcrum of the machine offers an additional guarantee of hygiene and practicality thanks to the use of first-rate materials, such as steel AISI 304 stainless steel for knives and basket, food-grade nylon for the hexagons which, machined on an automatic machining center, they allow high precision in the assembly phase, thus avoiding the user waste of pasta.
