F25, F35, F60 mixer
A machine particularly suited by its ability to work both soft and stiff dough, quickly and without heating it, to the benefit of the proving and of the success of the product. The machine is built in welded steel, extremely sturdy, which allows it to withstand any strain, however stiff the dough. Its quietness comes from two geared motors with helical gears in special cast iron, with a steel pinion and ball bearings, all in an oil bath, for the movement of the bowl and the tool. The bowl is in heavy-gauge stainless steel. The machine is supplied with two two-speed motors. It is fitted with a safety guard and a 24V low-voltage electrical system as required by law.
